RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Your Product happiness is our number one priority here at Savvy Rose. We hope you will love everything you get from us. But we all know that sometimes things just don't work out for us. We want to make sure you are happy and do what we can to find the right fit or style. So we have a flexible return policy.
1.If you were sent the incorrect item or are missing an item please let us know at support@savvyroseboutique.com and we will be happy to help you. We will respond within 24hrs Monday-Friday. Please keep in mind sometimes we may have to send your items in separate packages.
2. We will gladly accept any item returns within 7 days of purchase order, as long as the item has never been worn or washed. Please try on the clothing before tearing off the tags. If we smell smoke, see pet hair, visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, we wont be able to return your item.
3. To initiate a return, Please follow the instructions on the packing list for all returns
4. Items will be refunded in the form of a store credit. We cannot issue returns via credit card payments. Once your refund had been processed you will receive an email stating you have a store credit. Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end. Please note if you used a discount to purchase your order, the percentage of the discount will not be included in the refund. Returns may take up to 7-10 business days to process once we receive your item.
5. Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned
